How it works

Set up once. Then it's part of every shift.

Donni runs in the web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install, and everyone uses the same record.

   Join the waitlist

   We're opening Donni to new families in stages. Join the waitlist and we'll invite you when there's a place.

   Set up the care record

   Add the medication chart as typed from the pharmacy label, the emergency card, escalation plan, equipment list and seizure guide. Turn on what you need to track, such as tube feeding, fluids or bowels, and set your own alert ranges.

   Bring your history with you

   Moving from another app or from paper? Bring in up to 12 months of past records, so you start with the full picture. We provide templates for the app you're moving from and can help with the move. Any problems are shown before anything is saved.

   Invite your care team

   Carers, nurses and another parent join with an invitation code and set their own access PIN. Everyone sees just what they need:

   • Admins set up the record, choose who sees what, and hear about everything that needs attention.
   • Carers and nurses record care during their shift and can read the care plan.
   • Doctors and specialists see only the reports you share, never carers' names.

   Every shift: a clear start, a steady middle, a clean handover

   Donni guides each shift from start to finish:

   • Start: a summary of the last shift, and an equipment check. You choose whether the check is on and what it covers.
   • During: medication, seizures, observations, sleep and feeds in a few taps, with what's due now first.
   • End: a medication check and a handover note in the template you choose.
   • Along the way: missing notes and overdue checks come to you, and carers can flag anything else, like supplies running low. You mark it done and they see your reply.

   Share reports, and get the medication chart approved

   Invite the treating doctors and specialists and choose which report sections each one sees. They sign in with an email code and can export to PDF or CSV.

   Medication chart approval: your doctor reviews and approves the chart online, line by line. It saves time and gives everyone confidence the right medication is given at the right time. It is an approval for use in Donni only, not a prescription.
