What you can see
Only what the family chooses to share.
Medication given
Scheduled and as-needed doses, given and not given, with the reasons recorded.
Observations and sleep
Temperature, pulse, oxygen and sleep, charted against the family's ranges.
Care trackers
Tube feeding, fluids and other trackers the family turns on and chooses to share.
Seizure diary
Every seizure with time, length, type and any rescue medication, over the period you pick.
Reports show what was recorded. Donni does not interpret the data or make clinical suggestions. Export any report to PDF or CSV; the family is notified about every export.
Medication chart approval
Review the medication chart in Donni, line by line.
With the guardian's agreement, the family can invite you to review the chart they keep in Donni, online. Carers then see which lines you have approved, which gives carers and families confidence the right medication is given at the right time.
- 1
Review each line
Approve or decline each medication. Each approval is kept as a record that cannot be changed.
- 2
Changes need approval again
Any change to a line shows it as not approved until it is reviewed again. Lines not approved show in red with a cross.
- 3
Review every 6 months
The family is reminded 6 weeks and 2 weeks before a review is due.
- 4
Registration checked
Donni Labs checks your registration on the public AHPRA register, by hand.
This is not a prescription. It is an approval for use in the Donni app only, and a pharmacist cannot dispense any medication based on it. Approval never stops a carer from giving a dose.
Privacy you can explain to your patients.
You see only the report sections the family shares, never the raw records and never carers' names. All data stays in Australia.
