The record belongs to your family, not to a provider.
Carers can come from an agency or be employed by you directly. Either way, the record stays with your family. You invite people, and you remove them.

Carers, nurses and a second parent join by invitation and set their own PIN. Each role sees only what it needs.
Locked, honest records
Saved medication records and notes are locked. Corrections come to you and keep their full history. Nothing is deleted.

Carers can flag problems
Carers can tell you about problems found in equipment checks, or other key things like supplies running low. You mark it done, and they see your reply.

Readings show against the ranges you set, over any period. A monthly report brings the month together.

Escalation plan, equipment list, seizure guide, care areas and appointments, including repeating ones.
Track what matters to you
Add trackers for meals, toileting, mood, height and weight, or anything the person you care for needs.
Working with their doctors
Share clear reports, and get the chart approved.
- Choose which report sections each doctor or specialist sees. They never see carers' names.
- You're told every time a report is exported.
- With your agreement, their doctor can approve each line of the medication chart for use in Donni. It is not a prescription.
